This video highlights the new Northside Landscape project that is now complete. Riverrock along with low light and maintenance plants enhances this area of the building. The results are stunning. The BOD is sourcing seating to further enhance the patio areas.
New Grass Sod has been laid down. The Shuffle Board Court is in the process of being removed. In two weeks' time, the grass will transform into a bright green. The objects you see rising from the sod are electrical for new lighting that will be installed within two weeks' time.
The staircases and railings are now COMPLETED.
Work continues in the courtyard. Irrigation, walkway, area lighting and final landscaping are in-progress.
We are getting close to completion. Some art work and mirrors still need to be installed.
